We are unable to offer refunds on any clothing, downloads or non-music purchases.  However, if you are not satisfied with the condition of our products upon delivery, please return it within 7 days of receipt and it will be replaced at no cost.  

In the event that you receive a damaged CD, please contact us. We will send out a pre-paid return envelope and replace the CD, once the damaged CD has arrived back at our facility.  All return requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses

Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Most of the items ordered will be sent via United States Postal Service using Flat Rate Shipping. However, we may use a variety of carriers for shipping options, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. Most items may be shipped to P.O. boxes, but larger orders may require a street address. We will contact you if we feel there might be a problem.
